The German KESSLER 5-axis milling head with an HSK-A63 tool taper offers high speed and a wide constant power range. It is ideal for finishing high-hardness dies and enables excellent surface quality through milling instead of grinding.

Heidenhain TNC640 Controller

The Heidenhain TNC640 system is equipped with a three-loop feedback cascade control. It features a fine interpolation function and RTCP five-axis linkage milling, ensuring high-efficiency and high-precision machining of parts.

Convenient Maintenance Access

The machine tool is fully enclosed for complete protection. Its compact structure ensures efficiency, while the electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems are centrally controlled for easy maintenance and operation.
